1Introduction & Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and win1wim ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the win1wim platform, including the website, mobile app, sports betting services, Live Casino, Slots, and all other related services.

By accessing, registering, logging in, or using any part of the win1wim platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you expressly accept and agree to be bound by all terms contained herein, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this Agreement.

3Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account at any one time. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same or different details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances and wins.

• The name registered must be your full legal name exactly as shown on your ID card or passport.
• The phone number and email address you register must be active and reachable — they are used for security verification and important notifications.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.
• Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility unless a report is made to our support team promptly.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

10Account Closure & Suspension

Win1wim reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term in this Agreement.

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected by the win1wim security team.
• Requests from authorised law enforcement agencies.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance (after all bonus rollover requirements are met or deducted) will be processed for withdrawal once the relevant identity verification is complete.

11win1wim Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, win1wim shall not be liable for:

• Any loss, damage, or disruption arising from events beyond our control, including technical failures from software providers, network outages, or natural disasters.

• Losses arising from the user's own disclosure of login credentials to third parties.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.

The maximum total liability of win1wim to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

12Terms Amendments & Governing Law

Win1wim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect 7 days after notification via the platform or registered user email, unless immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the win1wim platform after the notice period is deemed acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with the changes, please contact our support team to settle your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
